As I still have some blueberries on hand, so I just add them in. I read from HHB blog that if I tossed the berries with some flour, it will prevent them from sinking to the bottom. But how come mine still sink??? (overweight blueberries... keke)
The cake is moist and dense and quite rich in taste. Abit oily though (otherwise how can it be call BUTTER cake)
