Day 2 after Birth

Haa, today is Day 2 after birth.. Hmm getting excited cos for sure there will be many people coming to visit mummy and me. Today I am well dressed, ready to welcome my guests :P

My grandma (Po Po), grandpa (Gong Gong), Amy yiyi and future Uncle Vincent are the first to visit..

Po Po said that I look so alert for newborn. Well, that's quite true consider that I was awake for about 1 hour plus.. :)

Of course lo Po Po, I was awake so that you all can see my beautiful eyes and take lots of pictures with me

The evening crowd was just as big.. Granny and Aunty Wai Leng together with my cousins, Sheryl and Ryan also came to visit.

Daddy's & Mummy's friends came over too.. so many visitors..

But I was rather tired (must be that I was too wide awake in the afternoon) and need some sleep, so when Ah Hong yiyi , Aunty Lynn n Uncle Eric came I couldn't wake up to greet them at all... zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

But after a nap... I woke up again and manage to pose for our very 1st family photo.. Ain't I am small?? :0

Look, this is our 1 bedded room at TMC... veri nice rite.. like hotel room like tat..

The Day I was Born

Today is 27 March 2008, time now is 11.44 pm..

After struggling 30 hours with Mummy, I finally decided to make my first appearance into this Brand New World

Hello everybody.. Baby Lucas is BORN!!!

Poor Mummy, she must be cursing and swearing why I took so long to come out... Sorry.. was too tired and sleepy.. wanted to catch a nap.. (Eh... sound like daddy rite.. hehe)

I am not a big kid.. weighing at 2.815kg, measuring at 22cm 20 inch

I love to be cuddle.. which is why once the pretty nurse wrap me up I am all quiet and sweet :)

Ok it's rather late now, mummy needs her rest and me too of course.. I bet Daddy can't wait to go to his lovely bed..

Can't wait for tommorrow to come, there will definitely be tonnes of visitors coming to see me!!


This wound here was due to vaccum extraction. As the labour was so long and Mummy had got epidural on.. she got no strength to push me out. Plus I was sleeping on my right side and that adds on to the difficulty of pushing out..
Not to worry, the wound will be gone by my full month

Update: Mummy made a very blur & terrible mistake about my length in the blog.. I was actually about 50cm when born.. that's abt 20 inch... not 22 CM!!
